Maximum 15-minute walk to the CityU Library.
Six months' rent to be paid in a lump sum. The deposit is equivalent to two months' rent.
The specific move-in date is not yet confirmed, but no later than mid-February. I will refund you the rent for February at a rate of 80 HKD/day.
Items such as a desk, air conditioning fan, kitchen shelves, cleaning tools, etc., purchased by me after moving in, can be discounted and left for you if needed.
Maintain absolute silence between 12:00 am and 7:00 am, except for using the bathroom. No guests allowed, and do not disturb others' belongings.
These are requirements by the landlord when I moved in. If you can fully meet the requirements, we can discuss further.
