The master bedroom also has two windows, both offering mountain views, absolutely fantastic - The apartment comes unfurnished; the furniture was personally bought with great care and can be transferred - Transportation: The community is a 15-minute walk from the MTR station, but there is a shuttle bus from the community entrance directly to the MTR station, with buses running approximately every five minutes, very convenient and friendly! - Tai Po Market Station is just one stop away from University Station, personally tested that leaving at 9:10 AM for a 9:30 AM class is still on time, super convenient - The roommates are two female students from CUHK, very nice, clean, and value privacy, quite chill - The apartment is available for rent anytime, short-term rentals are not accepted, preferably students from CUHK or EdUHK - Requirements: Clean individuals are welcome, no bringing the opposite sex home~ Staying up late is fine, as long as it doesn't disturb the roommates~ - Short-term rentals are not accepted, thank you for understanding
